Sports enthusiasts who want to make a real difference, want first-hand experience of real Sri Lankan culture and who have initiative. No qualifications or previous experience are necessary, just a good dose of enthusiasm!
Cost details:
Costs vary depending on how long you want to stay for. Prices start from £545 for 2 weeks and include food and accommodation, 24/7 support and backup before you go and throughout your placement, as well as meeting you at the nearest airport. When you're on your placement, if you'd like to extend your time, you can do so at a minimal additional cost.
Duration details:
This placement can be extended for up to six months (many of our volunteers do!), restricted only by any possible visa requirements.
Adventurous people with initiative who want to combine their love of general sport with some teaching classes to help refugee children integrate into their new culture.

Someone who is passionate about sports and wants to make a difference to children through football or cricket. Also someone who would be interested in organising tournaments, enabling the children a rare opportunity to play competitive football.
